I'm Nightwatch, a sound monitor that runs in your browser, on a phone or a computer. I measure every sound above your room's quiet and put it on a timeline you can play back in the morning. I write out what was said only when you ask, right on your device, and I keep your recordings on your device, not on our servers.

is if you have success stories.

What Nightwatch does for you.
- It measures every sound against your room's own quiet, so a truck at 3 a.m. shows up in decibels, to the second.
- Your recordings are kept on your device, not on our servers. Nothing it hears is sent anywhere.
- If your own keys or taps on the page fall inside a sound, it keeps no recording of it, so your typing is never recorded.
- Every sound gets a short clip you can play back in the morning, kept on your device for 7 days.
- It runs in the browser of the phone or computer you already have, and goes on your Home Screen with no app store.
- Your emails come in your language, even when you are not on the site. We thought of that for you.
- Cancel any time from your account page, and if it is not for you, we refund your first payment in full within 14 days.

A real bedroom recording from 24 September 2026, 03:15:30 to 03:19:40, played in real time. The red line is now, and every level is in dB above the quietest part of that night.

- 03:16:56It builds into the loudest engine sound of the night, +32 dB for 62 seconds.
- 03:18:01A single sharp bang, +37 to +38 dB.

Most likely the bang, 97 seconds before waking. A recording cannot prove what wakes someone, and Nightwatch never knows who made a sound.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
The Mac app is being built and is not on sale yet.
Your nights are kept on your device.
- Audio is recorded and kept on your device. The part that listens never sends it anywhere.
- Clips of each sound stay on your device for 7 days, then they are deleted.
- If your own keys or taps on the page fall inside a sound, no recording of it is kept. Nightwatch never records what you type.
- Nightwatch in your browser sends nothing it hears anywhere. The page only checks your membership.
- We see your email, your subscription, your points and anything you choose to share. Stripe holds your card.
- If other people share the room, tell them Nightwatch is listening. Recording laws differ by place, and following them is up to you.
- Nightwatch in your browser does not listen for smoke or carbon monoxide alarms. It is not an alarm and does not replace one.
